Wayne has been a dedicated member of the agency since February 1988. A proud graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Business, he’s spent over 37 years building a wealth of industry experience. Wayne’s down-to-earth approach, steady leadership, and genuine commitment to helping clients succeed have made him a trusted and valued part of the team.

Dave has been a part of our agency since January 2001, bringing years of hands-on experience and a practical understanding of what clients need. A Ferris State University graduate with a degree in Small Business Management, he’s spent his career building genuine connections, especially across eastern Michigan. Dave’s friendly nature and dedication to service have earned him the trust and loyalty of countless clients over the years.

Dave enjoys life to the fullest with his wife and two children. He loves being outdoors — hitting the golf course in the summer and embracing Michigan’s snowy winters on the ski slopes.

Kody joined our agency in November 2013 and has been an essential part of the team ever since. A Ferris State University graduate with a degree in Business Management, he handles most of the quoting and warehouse operations, keeping things running smoothly. Kody’s technical know-how and deep understanding of products and processes helps ensure clients get accurate quotes and reliable service every time.

Kody enjoys spending quality time with his son, family, and friends. Whether he’s relaxing at home or out on an adventure, he values every moment with his loved ones.

Grace joined our agency in November 2023, bringing fresh energy and great communication skills to the team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Oakland University and quickly stepped into her role as an Inside Sales/Product Manager. Grace manages multiple product lines, including AO Smith and Fujitsu, making sure clients get the best service and reliable solutions.

Grace enjoys going to concerts, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.

Maureen has been a valued part of our agency since May 1995. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Office Management from Baker College and has been making a difference ever since. As an Inside Sales/Product Manager, she keeps things running smoothly, managing a variety of product lines, handling correspondence, and taking care of essential office procedures.

What really sets Maureen apart is her dedication to customer service and going the extra mile to make sure customers are successful.

Maureen loves spending time with her family, camping, and getting lost in a good book. She’s married and cherishes the moments she can relax and enjoy life with her loved ones.

Bob joined our agency in February 2013 and quickly became an essential part of the team. As our go-to numbers expert, he handles all our accounting needs with precision and a sharp eye for detail. Bob’s financial expertise ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, keeping the agency’s finances in top shape.

His contributions are crucial to maintaining the financial health of the agency, and Bob’s reliability makes him a trusted resource for anything accounting-related.

Kristie joined our agency in September 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. When she’s not crunching numbers and ensuring everything runs smoothly, Kristie enjoys spending time with her two adult children and her grandchild, who keeps her busy and on her toes.

Her dedication and warm, approachable personality shine through in everything she does, both at work and in her personal life, making her a truly appreciated part of the team.

Bill became part of our agency in June 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience in the HVAC and Plumbing industries. A Michigan State University graduate with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, he’s worn many hats — from engineering and product management to sales. This well-rounded experience gives Bill a unique perspective, helping him find practical, effective solutions for clients.

Bill’s deep knowledge and hands-on approach make him a go-to resource for clients and colleagues alike. He’s always ready to share his expertise and work through challenges to get the best results.

Bill stays active and loves spending time with his family. He’s married with four kids and enjoys playing basketball, fishing, hiking, kayaking, or just hanging out with his loved ones.

Charlie joined our agency in September 2022, bringing fresh energy and a can-do attitude to the team. New to the plumbing industry, he’s diving right in, eager to learn and grow. Based in Grand Rapids, Charlie focuses on serving the west side of Michigan, building genuine connections with clients and getting to know the industry one step at a time.

Charlie loves making the most of Michigan’s great outdoors. Whether he’s skiing, fishing, cycling, or exploring new places, he’s always up for an adventure.

Keith joined our agency in July 2023, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and a solid technical background. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, but his connection to the plumbing industry runs even deeper — he’s been part of it since he was 17. Starting as a truck driver for a local wholesaler, Keith worked his way up, learning every angle of the business along the way.

Now covering southeastern Michigan, Keith’s blend of industry knowledge and real-world experience makes him a trusted go-to for clients.

Keith is all about family and community. He’s married with three daughters and stays active by coaching his daughters' softball teams and the Oxford High School freshman football team.

Tyler joined our agency in January 2024, bringing a decade of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. Covering the western half of Michigan, Tyler specializes in HVAC equipment and supplies. As a NATE-certified HVAC professional, he’s built up a solid knowledge of sales, installation, and service, with a particular focus on heat pump and minisplit technology.

Tyler loves spending time with his family, playing the drums, and fishing.
